Refund policy

30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@packyra.com. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include your order number plus clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
